By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. This website is operated by Exclusive Stars LLC (creators of the Mega Events portfolio), the official primary organizer of Summer Fest 2026.

1. Official Event Organizer & Domain Relationship

This specific web page and ticketing platform are fully authorized, operated, and controlled by Exclusive Stars LLC. Exclusive Stars LLC holds all primary organization, operational, and distribution rights for Summer Fest 2026. All transactions and ticketing fulfillments executed on this domain constitute a direct agreement between the buyer and Exclusive Stars LLC as the primary issuer.

2. Ticket Purchases, Pricing, and Secondary Resale

• Primary Box Office: All tickets sold via this platform are primary, original-issue tickets. Prices listed are face-value rates set directly by the event organizer.
• No Commercial Resale: Tickets purchased here are intended solely for personal use. Unauthorized commercial resale, scalping, or attempting to resell tickets at a premium is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of the ticket without a refund.
• Ticket Validity: Only tickets purchased directly through this authorized page or our explicitly named partner box offices will guarantee entry to Summer Fest 2026. The organizer is not responsible for tickets obtained through unauthorized secondary market brokers.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Postponement

• All Sales Are Final: Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law, all ticket sales for Summer Fest 2026 are final and non-refundable.
• Event Postponement: In the event that Summer Fest 2026 is postponed or rescheduled to a different date, your original tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.
• Event Cancellation: If the festival is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances within the organizer’s control, instructions for obtaining a face-value refund will be issued via the email address provided during checkout. The organizer is not liable for secondary expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation) in the event of cancellation.

4. Admission, Security, and Code of Conduct

• Right of Refusal: The organizer and venue security reserve the absolute right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder whose conduct is deemed disorderly, illegal, unsafe, or disruptive to the festival environment.
• Age Restrictions: Attendees must comply with any age requirements specified for the event. Please ensure you bring a valid government-issued photo ID for age verification at the gate.
• Prohibited Items: For the safety of all guests, items such as weapons, illegal substances, professional recording equipment (without prior media accreditation), outside glass containers, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the festival grounds. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance.

5. Media Release and Intellectual Property

• Public Filming Notice: Summer Fest 2026 is a public, heavily recorded cultural event. By entering the festival grounds, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
• Grant of Rights: You grant Exclusive Stars LLC the irrevocable, worldwide right to use your likeness, voice, or image in promotional videos, official broadcasts, social media content, and marketing materials without compensation.
• Trademark Rights: “Summer Fest 2026” and “Mega Events” are protected intellectual properties. Attendees may not use event branding for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent from Exclusive Stars LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

Exclusive Stars LLC, its partners, performers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft occurring before, during, or after Summer Fest 2026, except where such liability cannot be legally excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Attendees enter the event grounds at their own risk.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, your ticket purchase, and any disputes arising from your attendance at Summer Fest 2026 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any legal actions must be brought before the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
